Dahil mahalaga ang puso, pag-usapan natin ito nang puso sa puso!

Ang mga sakit sa puso ang nangungunang dahilan ng pagkamatay ng mga Pilipino. Maaari natin itong maiwasan lalo na’t marami sa mga sanhi nito ay pwede pang mabago katulad ng hindi tamang pagkain, paninigarilyo, at kakulangan sa ehersisyo. Ngayong darating sa Pebrero, ipagdiriwang natin ang Heart Week. Ang Philippine General Hospital Division of Cardiovascular Medicine ay kaisa ninyo sa pagpapanatili ng malusog na puso. May inihanda kaming mga talakayan patungkol sa pag-iwas sa mga sakit sa puso, tamang diyeta, ehersisyo, basic life support, at marami pang iba!
