Through collaborative efforts, the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine at the University of the Philippines – Philippine General Hospital and Pusong Pinoy Foundation have spearheaded an extraordinary ECG course, dedicated to advancing medical knowledge and revolutionizing cardiovascular care nationwide.

The Pusong Pinoy Foundation, named "Filipino Heart," embodies a vision of accessible, high-quality healthcare for every Filipino, driven by the spirit of bayanihan, fostering unity and cooperation within communities. The recent ECG course, held at the Diamond Hotel last September 14-15, 2023, gathered over 300 healthcare professionals for an enriching experience, featuring expert speakers and hands-on workshops.

The culminating 6th Dr. Rody G. Sy ECG quiz sparked spirited competition, with UP-PGH emerging as the victor, reinforcing bonds of camaraderie and leaving indelible memories. This event symbolizes the unwavering commitment of healthcare professionals to continuous learning and excellence, offering renewed hope and a brighter future for patients in need.
